Interest Rate

The interest rate on Loan Against Deposit (LAD) is linked to the applicable Deposit Rate against Fixed Deposit or Recurring Deposit. The exact interest rate will be mentioned in the Loan Sanction Letter issued at the time of loan disbursement.

    • Telephone Bill (not older than 2 months)
    • Electricity Bill (not older than 2 months)

    • Municipal / Local / House Tax Bill or Receipt
    • Authentic Rent Receipt or Lease Agreement
    • Letter from a Reputed Employer or Public Authority
